Broad Beans Hummus
INGREDIENTS
160g broad beans
juice of 1/2 lemon
hand full of lemon balm leaves
4 table spoons of virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
METHOD
Put the broad beans in a steamer, cover with lid and cook for about 5 minutes.
Put the broad beans into a blender with the garlic, 3 tablespoons of oil, leaves of lemon balm, lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
Blend all together till hummus like texture.
Transfer into a bowl and enjoy :-).
