Broad Beans Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 160g broad beans

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • hand full of lemon balm leaves

  • 4 table spoons of virgin olive oil

  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Put the broad beans in a steamer, cover with lid and cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. Put the broad beans into a blender with the garlic, 3 tablespoons of oil, leaves of lemon balm, lemon juice and some salt and pepper. 

  3. Blend all together till hummus like texture.

  4. Transfer into a bowl and enjoy :-).
