Buckwheat Bread
INGREDIENTS
500kg buckwheat soaked over night
1 tea spoon of baking soda
1 table spoon of coconut oil
salt
1/4 cup of chia seeds
3/4 cup of flex seeds
1 cup of filtered water
1/2 cup of fermented cabbage or vegetables
1/2 - 1 cup of grated vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, also can use broccoli or cauliflower processed in food processor)
INSTRUCTIONS
Process buckwheat, salt, oil, baking soda, water in a food processor.
When well blended add seeds (chia and flax seeds) and bled again.
After maybe 5 minutes add vegetables and fermented cabbage and bled again.
Pour all into brad baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes on 175 heat on fan bake option.
Store in the fridge. It's best toasted before eating as it has got funny taste if not toasted.
