Buckwheat Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 500kg buckwheat soaked over night

  • 1 tea spoon of baking soda

  • 1 table spoon of coconut oil

  • salt

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup of flex seeds

  • 1 cup of filtered water

  • 1/2 cup of fermented cabbage or vegetables

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of grated vegetables (carrot, pumpkin, also can use broccoli or cauliflower processed in food processor)
     

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Process buckwheat, salt, oil, baking soda, water in a food processor.

  2. When well blended add seeds (chia and flax seeds) and bled again.

  3. After maybe 5 minutes add vegetables and fermented cabbage and bled again.

  4. Pour all into brad baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes on 175 heat on fan bake option.

  5. Store in the fridge. It's best toasted before eating as it has got funny taste if not toasted.
