Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 measuring cup cashew nuts
1 measuring cup sunflower seeds
1 cup medjol dates
1 measuring raw cacao powder
1 measuring cup descicated coconut
1/2 cup or as required melted coconut oil
orange zest from one orange

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Process dates, cashew, sunflower seeds into smooth dough. I use Oscar juicer for processing cashew, sunflower seeds and dates so the base dough is very smooth. I assume you can use good food processor or blender to do the same. 

  2. Add cacao, coconut, oil, orange zest and mix well together. If the dough is not sticking together add more coconut oil.

  3. Once perfect consistency make balls required size and roll in descicated coconut, but can use also any other topping (sesame seeds, raw cacao powder)

This recipe can be also used for nut free bliss balls by replacing cashew nuts with sunflower seeds.
